DECCA GROUP was founded in 1991 and established in Hong Kong by jewellery designer Stanley Hui. At the age of 23, Stanley immersed himself in the rich heritage of the jewellery world, creating intricate drawings and designs. He won multiple competitions, including the prestigious Hong Kong Diamond Design Competition organized by the Diamond Importers Association.
